Measure 36 Upheld in Oregon Court

Marion County Court released its decision this morning in Basic Rights Oregon's legal challenge to Measure 36. Their attorneys are analyzing the opinion right now. A pdf of the opinion is below. BRO will be holding a press conference at 10:30am this morning.
